Privacy notice
This notice explains how this website handles your personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. It is also published in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; if the versions differ, the English version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: Kevin Lee (the operator of this website; Real Estate Negotiator, REN 14973; affiliated agency FLP REALTY SDN. BHD., estate agency registration E (1) 1718).
What we collect
What you enter in the form: your name, your mobile number and what you would like to know, plus anything you choose to add: an email address, a convenient time to reach you and a message.
What you give us when you contact us yourself, by WhatsApp or by phone.
Site analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies carry a pseudonymous identifier, which may itself count as personal data. We do not use User-ID, and we put no personal data in page addresses or events.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and, if you agree, to tell you when there is relevant news.
To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it (we look only at overall figures).
We do not sell your data, and the site uses no remarketing tracking.
Consent
The form has one required consent box, which starts unticked: by ticking it, you agree to our processing the enquiry and sending it to an overseas form service. A second, optional box is for news. We keep a record of when you consented, the notice version and the language.
Transfers abroad
The form is processed by Formspree and site analytics are provided by Google; both keep their servers in the United States. Form data is sent there only after you consent.
Cookies and analytics
This site shows no cookie banner. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics are off by default; advertising-related storage is off everywhere.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load analytics.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or use the analytics opt-out tool Google provides.
How long we keep it
The form service: 90 days. Our client records: 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client. Analytics data: 2 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your data, or withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out). Please make your request through the contact page.
Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that could cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as soon as practicable, as the law requires, and tell the people affected where required.
