The short answer
Government primary care in north-east Kuala Lumpur is run by the Titiwangsa Health Office (Pejabat Kesihatan Titiwangsa), which covers three parliamentary constituencies: Titiwangsa, Setiawangsa and Wangsa Maju. Klinik Kesihatan Setapak and the government dental clinic are both at Wisma Rampai in Sri Rampai, and there are community clinics in Danau Kota, Desa Rejang, Taman Melati and Sungai Mulia. The public hospital nearby is Hospital Kuala Lumpur, on Jalan Pahang.

Hospital Kuala Lumpur
On Jalan Pahang; formerly Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur. The hospital gives 1870 as its founding year.

Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan
The armed forces hospital in Section 2, Wangsa Maju. A 2010 report in The Star said it served only military personnel and their immediate families; whether it is open to the public today is for the hospital to say.
